We prioritize our spiritual progress just as much as we value sustainability. At our center, we are currently practicing the Osho instruments, but we are also open to exploring various workshops and acquiring new knowledge.
Our habitat consists of 24 caves, each designed to block out any external signals or distractions. The dome shape of the caves enhances the densing vibration, creating an ideal space for spiritual practice and reflection.
We are delighted to collaborate with mediators and yoga instructors, either through working or exchanging ideas and experiences. Their expertise and guidance can further enrich our spiritual journey.
Among our favorite practices are fasting, vippasana, and cave staying. These activities hold a special place in our hearts and are highly recommended to anyone seeking to delve into their true essence. Fasting allows for a deep connection with oneself and promotes a sense of inner purity. Vippasana, the practice of silent meditation, enables individuals to observe their thoughts and emotions without attachment, fostering self-awareness and peace of mind. Cave staying provides a unique experience of solitude, allowing individuals to disconnect from the outside world and fully immerse themselves in introspection and self-discovery.
We believe that by prioritizing our spiritual progress and engaging in these practices, we can uncover the infinite potential within ourselves. It is through the exploration of who we truly are that we can lead a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
NAMASTE.
